dGood health is very important for your body as it keeps doctor at bay. And we know there are a lot of health conscious folks around the corner who always eat the right food, do work out, don’t eat outside too much and yet they keep making a few health mistakes.

Here are a few common mistakes you make while you are leading your life –

  • When you put your windows down while you are on the way to work – You should never ever do that. Why? Because this is one of the biggest mistakes you can make. The growing air pollution can make you feel exhausted and this can create headaches, cancer, and heart diseases.
  • When you brush directly after eating – A lot of people to that. However, you shouldn’t. Why? Because brushing right after eating can actually encourage acid erosion, which destroys the protective layer on your teeth. You should wait at least half an hour.
  • When you sneeze or cough into your hands – Well, this isn’t something that you do to yourself, but this is something you do to others. We meet a lot of people in our daily lives and we shake hands most of the times. So when you use your hands to sneeze or cough, the germs stays in your hands. You should always keep a tissue with you as a common courtesy.
  • Not drinking too much of water – Staying dehydrated can be harmful for your body to a great extent. You must keep your body hydrated and drink a lot and lot of water. Make sure you start your day with a glass of lukewarm water.
  • Not getting enough sleep – It is a busy life yes but what makes it easy when you don’t sleep? Not sleeping enough can you lead you to a lot of health issues and this isn’t the right thing at all. You must sleep at least 6 hours a night.

These are a few health mistakes you are making daily. Make sure to rectify those.
